Remington model 550-1
I've recently been left a Remington model 550-1 from a late Uncle and I'm having a problem finding out how old it is! I did the live chat with Remington and the person I spoke to couldn't find the date code I gave them....so I've registered here and will post the picture. It has no serial number but is in WONDERFUL condition...PLEASE HELP, Thanks in advance for any information!

Take it out of the stock, the date code is hiding under there.
