Rolling Block

I have a rolling block action that is dated October 22nd, 1907. Can anyone tell me what would be the most appropiate cartridge to barrel this action to and where would be a good source for a barrel. This action is in really good shape and was given to me by an old friend and I would like to barrel and stock it. Thanks for any help. Jim
