Remmington Fieldmaster 572 teal blue

I have been trying to find out about this little rifle.It was won in a raffle sometime in the early 60s.Could somebody please give some insight on what this gun may be worth.It is in very good shape.

According to the latest Blue Book of Gun Values a TWB in 100% condition is worth $700. 98% = $600. 95% = $425.00. etc. etc.
