I'd have to look at one of the Stainless/Fluted 700's in a Short Action to fit into the extra stock I have for my 700 POLICE...
One that I wanted since I saw it, and am really glad I got is my XP-100R in .223.

If you were to get something new, or at least made in the last 10-15 years, what would it be?

Well, with my interests limited to smallbore rifles, I would probably buy a model 504, but dissatification with accuracy expressed by people that have purchased early models has limited my enthusiasm. I have however, handled them at gunshows and find the quality up to par with other rifles in that price range.
