Elliot 5-shot Revolver

My grandfather passed on a Elliot 5-shot revolver with patents dated 5/29/1860 & 10/1/1861. Anyone know where I can find out more about this gun?

My suggestion is that you get a hold of FLAYDERMAN'S PRICE GUIDE 8th Edition. You will find the whole story and value in the Remington Section. Regards Jay Huber RSA
