760 Remington 30-06

I am trying to find out when my Remington Gamemaster 760 pump 30-06 was made. The barrel has EQ 66 n the left side near the receiver. I'm also trying to figure out how much it is worth in fair condition. Thanks to anyone who can help.

The code of EQ indicates that your rifle was made in Oct. 1978. A gun in fair condition lists in the Blue Book of Gun Values at 275.00 for 95% and 200.00 for 70%. Your gun should fall within that range.
