Model 11 marking question?

Hello i just recently purchased a model 11 20ga and was interested in learning the history of the gun. i have found that the barrel and reciver were both made in 1930. there is a mark though that i cant find any info on and the person i talked to tried to tell me its just another anchor. I dont think it is here is a picture. Any help would be appreciated.
