Model 24

I am helping a friend with his Model 24 autoloader. It is .22 short. The barrel is loose. We have tried to adjust it with the adjustment ring, but we can't get the barrel to fit tightly to the reciever. It feels as if there may be a shim missing, but the wear pattern does not indicate that anything is missing. The threads don't look worn out. Does anyone know if we are missing a part? Does anyone have a good expanded view so that I can see what parts are supposed to be there?

I am looking for a stock for the same gun.

I don't have any experience with them, but its only $1.50 (I spend that on coffee) As for the barrel ring, mine is stuck fast. I'll have the gunsmith deal with it when I find a stock.
