I have been talking to Remington and they said they won’t Sell new receivers for the 11-87 Special Purpose. The Part Number is #F102687. Well I am trying to build a NEW 11-87 SPS since My BELOVED 11-87 SPS was Stolen in 2012. Remington Gladly Sent me a NIB Super Magnum Receiver In 2013 for this build. So what is the Big Change now. This is VERY Disheartening!

I do not believe they are currently making any gloss blued 11-87 receivers.
What could have happened... did.

Sorry, I saw Special and my brain switched off. I don't know why they wouldn't sell you a receiver other than it would need to go through an FFL in any event.
What could have happened... did.
