Rem #6 falling block loading.

Post by Chilli »

Hello,

I have a #6 falling block in .32 rimfire and acquired cases from HLebooks in Belgium, the information I have found said .315 diameter heel base bullet. I bought some but no way will they fit the chamber after seating.

I found some information on Wiki of all places that Remington .32 rimfire bore diameters are usually .304 which after forcing a lead round ball down the bore appeared to be the case. Every other article I have read says .32 rimfire bullets should be .315? Is this the norm for all Remington .32 rimfire short and long bore diameters?

Thanks

I load .32 rimfire for my No.4 Rolling Block. I get the best results by using my Colt .31 mold. I use both round ball and conical and they both work well.

Are the round balls or bullets .310 diameter?
