Looking to identify model of my Remington Griffen& Howe rifle ??

This is a nice old Griffen & Howe custom Remington either 700 or 721 I think ?? When I bought it I thought it was a model 700 but after looking at features could be a 721. First off it has a drop floor plate similar to a 700 where a 721 doesn't. The plate release mechanism is a bit different than a 700 maybe G&H ?? It is in 270 win. with a barrel just shy of 22 inches barrel doesn't have the 721 swell though. I assume by markings on barrel it is made by G&H and it has a G&H serial #2320. Now the receiver is serial numbered 31569 so if it were a 700 would be a first year 1962 production or if it was a 721 would be around 1948 again not sure what it is ?
I can't see receiver marking because of G&H quick release mount is in the way ??
The bolt handles on 721s are usually polished silver color this one is blued and engrave I assume by G&H. The safety looks 721 all the way !!! I am going to post pictures below please any of you that know 721's or 700's or Griffen & Howe guns share what you believe it is. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable on 700's not so much on 721s or G&H guns so help is needed !! Thank you ! John Taylor
