Remington 760 .223

Post by gunsnrods »

I bought a 760 a couple years ago from an elderly collector in the rarest 760 variant, .223 Remington. Gun has not been fired, no marks other than a few safe queen dings. No box or papers, orig magazine and one additional.
I would sell it if I can get my money out of it, any known collectors that
I should contact. This is worth $3000 or therabouts.

Personally, I try to follow the Jim Carmichael rule........"I shoot them and let my next of kin worry about the value."

In other words, it was manufactured to be used and shot. And, those "safe queen dings" won't improve the value.......along with the lack of original box and papers.
If it was mine, I'd use it.
