Gamemaster 760

Post by TAJWeinberg »

Greetings Society,

I just inherited a Gamemaster 760 with serial # 249003 with the following markings (see attached).
I’m trying to determine exact age and value.
Any observations would be greatly appreciated!

Without seeing the wood, it's hard to guess which decade it was made.
The barrel date code could be "L B", which could be Feb 1955, but it would help to see the stocks and/or a better overall view of the rifle.

OK. That looks like an earlier ( 1950s ) version.
I think my dating "guess" would be pretty close.
