Model 12.

Post by harv »

Hi all. First time poster. Pick up 22 at auction around 30 years ago. Wanted to pass it down to my son, but he does not have an interest in guns. Your forum has helped to discover more information. I believe it is a Model 12 c. Approximate price has varied greatly. Looking at selling it. Please provide any information you may have and approximate price. Thanks

Hi Harv, I'm new to this forum as well and found your post while researching my own Remington Model 12 rifle which happens to have a serial number that is only a few hundred lower than yours.

I really can't help you with the value of your rifle but, from what I've researched so far, I believe your rifle (or at least its barrel) was manufactured in November of 1927. For additional information on this, please see my original and follow up post here... https://www.remingtonsociety.org/forums ... 597#p49597 ...on the RSoA forum.

Hope this helps! ZT
