760 Gamemaster pump - need old magazine in 270 Win

Hi all. My uncle gave me a circa 1970 model 760 Gamemaster pump action in 270 Win when I was 12....I am 51 now, LOL. I shot it in 1992, but somewhere over the last several years, the magazine has been lost. I am looking for an old style metal type, as I have read that the newer plastic bottomed multi-caliber mags do nor feed well at all. I would also like to keep it "original", as it is in beautiful condition, still. I cannot find one of these mags to save my life! I can find them all day long in 243 and 30-06, and even in 222, 223 and 35 Whelen! But no 270 Win mags to be found! I have tried Gun Broker, Gun Auction, Guns America, Ebay, Numerich, Brownell's, etc. Even tried Joe R. Lowe in Texas to no avail. Can anyone direct me to a source where I might find one?

Any of the long action mags will work (30-06, 280, 7mmExpRem, 35 Whelen). Of course, it did come with one that said 270, but if you just need one to use, the others will be fine.

Yes, but not in 270 Winchester. Mostly in 243 Winchester.

Just looked, there are currently 15 long action mags on eBay. As 600RemGuy indicated you need a long action mag for your 270....
