Photos for Light Baby Carbine

Well I have spent nearly 2 hours trying to get photos on this board. I have reduced them all to under 400 K and still to large. Someone let me know how to put pics on this . Thanks

What dimensions are your photos. It seems that dimensions as well as resolution are important.

I've never had a problem with 1000 or less width anything more causes goofy scrolling anyhow.
