Dear Rem-Lee Guy:
A good bet for locating a magazine for your Remington-Lee rifle is Ebay. Search for: "Remington" and "Lee" and "magazine"
They do show up with some regulatity. http://www.ebay.com
Also, I'd email our resident Rem-Lee historian Gene Myszkowski at: genejan61@berk.com
Glad to help.

Rem-Lee Guy,
You are looking for a Lee-Cook magazine used in the Model 1879 Lee Magazine rifle. This one has the sliding detent on the side of the magazine. It came in two sizes - 45-70-405 used in the US Navy rifles and the larger 43 Spanish. Both calibers are hard to find but a search on eBay and the various firearms auction sites may prove productive. AuctionArms, GunsAmerica and GunBroker are some sites to look at.
