.22 Field Master Cira 1938

I am in Australia, and have the task of disposing of my grandfathers Remmington .22 slide action Field master 25402 - Model A.
It is stamped E G - Oct 1938..
I am having trouble uploading photos due to size.
The rifle is in original condition, in its original box and with original instruction manual.
