Looking for my 1894.......

Post by AZMike »

In the spring of 1991 I made the decision to sell my 10 year collection of pre-1900 Remington shotguns. This was 25+ pieces to include Whitmores, 82's,89's 94's 1900 etc. My wife and I had started a new buisness and needed capitol plain and simple!

The years went by, the business did fine, kids grew up and we enjoy good health.
I have renewed my passion for Remington's again but have one gun that I regret selling over all of the rest and thought I'd like to try to find it if thats even possible.

It is a 1894 straight stocked Pigeon gun, damascus barrel, engraved with no saftey, it was a bit rough as the wood was well worn- checkering flat but metal was good. Serial number #P132780
It was sold to a collector from MN, any leads would sure tickle me!

One of the few books I don't have because I didn't have a double (like that's really an excuse) but I did say didn't. My 1894 isn't engraved and all fancy but d... I REALLY like that shotgun.
