Re: Log-in issues?

I have waited what I consider a decent interval, to mention this again - and - unlike my initial followup, for which I was chided - it now seems that the situation, which persists, is not unique to me. I have reset/deleted, etc. everything that you asked me to do, without result. The log-in fails to...

Re: Relining a No2 barrel

Bobby Hoyt, Fairfield, PA is the go-to guy for barrel lining, hands down. He is more than capable of doing the block, but barrels are his specialty. I'd ask him.

Does not do email, and can be hard to get on the phone, but well worth the wait/effort.

Re: Log-in issues?

Have changed bookmarks and removed old cookies, in BOTH my browsers (Safari 5.1.10) and Firefox (43.0.1) with no effect.

What I have not done is change my password. Maybe that would kick-start a new path?

Re: Log-in issues?

Same here - and I am really beginning to suspect the problem does not lie at the individual level.

But, I can certainly log in each visit if I have to.

Re: Log-in issues?

Unfortunately, joy is not universal.

My new bookmark did not solve the problem - any further suggestions?

Thank you.

Re: Log-in issues?

Thanks for the heads-up! Made a new bookmark - we'll see how it works.

Merry Christmas.

Thanks Ed, looks like my ignorance bit me again. Didn't know they made .50-45 carbines that late.

Re: Rem. Rolling Block S/R Carbine,50-45, Ident.Help (PHOTOS

This is going to hurt - very sorry: So far as the "100% original" statement goes, I have to tell you that the rear sight is a Model 1884 "Buffington" sight from a trapdoor Springfield .45-70! This means that the barrel likely has some extra holes in it, and, if the bore is bad is...

Re: Log-in issues?

Sorry to hear that others are affected, but it does give me a bit of validity, knowing that it is not unique to my hookup. And, yes, the issue still exists.

Yep, still persists - haven't had a login "hold" for about a week now.

Re: Log-in issues?

C'mon guys - it has now been 3 days since I made a serious request - so far not even an acknowledgement, let alone a suggested fix. This is but one of about a half-dozen sites which I frequent and/or contribute to, on a daily basis. As stated, I have made NO revisions to my settings, of any kind, an...

Log-in issues?

Over the last day or so, my log-in does not "stick". I have to sign-in (that part does work) every visit.

Have you changed anything at your end? I have made ZERO changes to my computer.

Many thanks.

Re: broken trigger part - NYS militia model

Wrong assumption in parsing, I believe. I'm pretty sure that S&S meant the part was "original", as opposed to a "reproduction". It's a fairly common format for their listings. AFAIK, the "locking" action is the same for both the Remington-made NYS models, and the Sp...
