I'm in search for an 11-87 Standard Contour satin forend for a slug-barrelled 12 ga. Premier mfg'd in the mid-90s. Contacted Remington, & they quoted part # F97505LS. I measured several 16ga springs. Varied from 6⅜ to 6⅞. The longest spring was on a gun with a guide ring. Its hard to say what would be proper from the factory. I come to no conclusion between sportsman and 11. All seam very similar. I would look for a spring around 6½". Tom Tom: Hmmm...my two...

The closest I've come to original .32 cal RN configuration appears to be the Speer #2259

Someone can correct me if wrong...but I've never seen one with that type of rear sight.
