I have a 1907 four digit trap grade Remington Autoloading Shotgun. It has two barrels, with barrel stamps both matching the receiver SN 9239. Seems correct. Serial number 38 would be one of the earliest Remington Autoloading Shotguns to come to light. They first appear in the 1905-06 Remington Arms Co. catalog.
