Not sure at which point the "44" markings changed, there were three different locations, but I do know all Pine Ridge guns will have "44" on the triggerguard.

I've got an 1890 Remington that's missing it's ejector rod and head, I believe an 1875 rod should be the same and I'd be happy with that. Would need to be on the worn/poor side of condition to match. Let me know if you have one for sale!
