Unless your Argentine rifle has had the chamber messed with, it is chambered for the 11 mm Spanish (.43 Spanish) cartridge. The numbers on the sides of the tangs are not serial numbers; Remington did not serialize most large frame Rolling Blocks. As for the "64", only the Argentines would...
