This repair would be outside my scope of talent
There is about 3 inches of stock missing where the stock and receiver meet. Also missing the butt plate. I have an appt with a local gunsmith today. Hopefully he can track one down. Thanks for the assistance...

I was finally able to find the serial number on the barrel and yes they do match.
My reason for trying to identify the shotgun is it needs a replacement stock. It is cracked where the stock meets the receiver. Any suggestion where I can find a stock?

The barrel is stamped "Remington Arms - Union Metallic Cartridge Co."
I am unable to locate any serial number on the barrel.

Help identifying shot gun
I have what I think is a model 11 12 gauge shotgun. The only makings I can find is the serial number (145974) and the patent info on the barrel. Anyone have any idea what I have?
