I have a 870 wingmaster in 16 ga that has a barrel with no date code and rem choke. The serial number 44806X W and it looks to be a newer gun. I was thinking it was made in the early 2000's when Remington reintroduced the wingmaster in 16 ga since the rem choke and the newer style butt pad stock ...

When Remington reintroduced the 16 ga wingmaster in 2002 how many years did they make it? Or was it just the one year. I have one and was just wondering if it was just the one year it was made.
