I believe your shotgun was made in 1897. There is limited information on the early single barrels. As for parts I know Numrichs has a few items. It appears your shotgun is 1878 Heavy Duck. You can tell this by the larger bolster. Another tell tale sign for being a 1878 Heavy Duck is how firing pin is recessed in the bolster. We have documented 1878 Heavy Duck models with the Deeley and Edge latch.

I recently picked up a FE trap live pigeon serial number 135xxx made in 1907. Straight stock and deleted safety. I will say it shoots very well I just toke it out and shot 125 targets in sporting clays.
