No. The combined 12-gauge Model 11 and "Sportsman" serial numbers reached 499999 in August 1943 and they then jumped to 700000 and continued. The old "between the wars" factory ledger ends for 12-gauge Model 11 and "Sportsman" on September 1, 1944, at serial number 716840. Serial number 749730 ...
