Hi everyone, A few weeks ago I picked up this model 58. The barrel stamp has a O (it is sort of odd punch for the upper right part of the O disappears making it look like a very off angle C but the ends are very, very close leading me to believe it is an O for I have never seen a C punch like that o...

The memories get more important the older I get. A lot of rounds have went through the 24 during the past 5 decades. Plan on passing it to my son someday.

The Model 25 is a very nice rifle! Are you looking for one in a .25-20 or a .32-20?
