I for one want a 600 so bad I can't stand it. Have for years but never could afford one. My dad has one in 35 rem that he bought in the early 70's for $65. One day, one day.

I know of a local shop that has a 788 in 308 left handed . they want $400. Is that price good or bad and how rare are the left handed ones?

I recently picked up a 721 in 30-06. The serial # is 24xxx and is on the inside of the receiver. I've dated it 2/48 by the barrel codes found on this sight. It has some wear but is a tack driver. The stock is checkered and has some odd inlays. Did any factory stock come with such items? I know some ...
