Thanks guys for all the info. 6am just pulled the barrel pin, pulled the slide back, compressed the grip safety, the frickin slide won't come off now? Evening folks, does or has anybody fired current 380 ammo in your old 51?
Just wondering about the pressure, and not sure what the original 380 ammo pressure was?
I'm having some made up @ 764 fps, new.

Ok , pulled my head out, was reading another post, mfg date 1919.
Still need to know if there is a source for the grip rivets or an alternative.
