Do the 1100's have different firing pin lenghts like the 11-48? Is the 1100 a inertia firing pin or is it supposed to have protrusion?

Looking for a good smith for my 11-48 Remington shotgun, need friction pieces fitted and some advise, needs to be in the Maryland southeastern pa, northern va or de area

I am missing part #47, magizine screw, could make one but cant figure the tread pitch, size seems to be #5 but not 5-40 or 5-44, about .125 long, can anyone help. Sorry cal is 38-40, serial number 44564

I have a mode 14 1/2 cal 38-40 or 38wcf. Serial number is C 4456x, belonged to my grandfather. Missing screw in diag part number 47, magizine tube to action bar lock screw. I have been trying to make one but it seems to be a odd thread size. about .125 long and a number 5 screw but not 40 or 44 ...
