3200 premier in gold on both sides of receiver , rpi74xxx is serial number

Someone told me they only made 500 of these in 1975 .Does anybody know if this is true.Has premier ingraved in side of reciever.

just purchased 17 rem are they getting hard to find ? and value ? when was these made? thanks

what is the rarest 700 bdl , or should i say the hardest to find.
