New update. .44 carbine was added along with a .243 rifle and this last week-end I picked up a 7mm-08 carbine made in 1983!!
6mm's and .308's are still common around here, but the trick will be to find a .30-30 that doesn't cost more than 2 body parts!!

I've had the same problem with a 710 in .30-06'. That J-Lock is the most obnoxious, and un-fixable thing remington has come up with in quite awhile. The 710 isn't a bad rifle, but that lock-thingy makes me want to bend it around a fence post!!!!!!!!!

I'm another calssics fan. I have a .221 fireball and a .300 savage both NIB. IMHO these were the nicest looking 700's.

INTERARMS is/was an importer of quality arms out of Virginia. I think charles Daly is now improting the Mausers. These are nice rifles, made in Serbia( formerly Yugoslavia), Have a 7x57. Beautiful rifle and affordable.
