Re: Factory Choke Modification?
Am I correct in assuming you have never seen restamped choke inscriptions on bbls that were confirmed to have been returned to Remington? I'm aware that genuine cut-down military combat shotguns have been noted to have the original choke inscriptions crossed out & restamped at various arsenals, ...

Re: Log-in issues?
I have waited what I consider a decent interval, to mention this again - and - unlike my initial followup, for which I was chided - it now seems that the situation, which persists, is not unique to me. I have reset/deleted, etc. everything that you asked me to do, without result. The log-in fails t...

Factory Choke Modification?
I recently gauged the choke on a Model 11 with a bbl. marked "Full." It measured exactly Modified. The bbl. date code was followed by the number 3, which I understand indicates factory repair. My question: If this gun/bbl. had at one time been returned to the factory for "opening"...

Re: Log-in issues?
I spent a good portion of time yesterday trying to figure/straighten this issue out, to no avail. :!: I re-saved the shortcut, manually deleted & reinstalled cookies, checked internet security & all computer settings, etc., and am still being logged-off in between my oft daily visits. :?: My...

Re: M40 info wanted
Yes sir...the Model 700; you weren't off the mark! I believe a few "genuine" ones have sold from time-to-time on the CMP's online auction, and they have brought BIG $$. http://thecmp.org/cmp_sales/guns-on-auction/ No marginalization of the Air Force..there are some "high speed" A...

Re: 25, 30, 32, & 35 Remington Brass Preservation / Model 14
nambujim: Should I be concerned with any pressure issues if using the .323" 8mm projectile? Also, although pricey, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with these Hawk bullets which are advertised as being made specifically for .32 Remington? http://www.ammo-reloading.com/321-Hawk-170gr-R...

Re: 25, 30, 32, & 35 Remington Brass Preservation / Model 14
I've been satisfied with the .30 & .32 Rem brass I've received from Quality Cartridge. Now if I could only locate round-nosed .32 bullets.

Re: Military Model 11?
By the lack of responses I'm likely not the only one uncertain about this one.
Anyway, it's no longer an issue as it's no longer available. The seller informed me they were in fact 16s; they, meaning two sequentially numbered ones!
I did manage to find a nice '43 aerial trainer though.

Military Model 11?
Greetings Gents: I realize they're not all that uncommon...but how about in 16 ga.? Haven't physically viewed it yet, but have been informed it is a Model 11 16 ga. "26 inch, U.S. Marked" in the 1.54m serial range. Have not found as much as a mention of 16 ga. in any of my references or on...
