Mr.Hennings had fellow Remington employees Bob Runge, Jack Caswell and Carl Ennis engrave the rifle. Left side Jack Caswell, Right side Bob Runge...

I do have a few friends on the model ...

Re: Remington model 121B

Okay here is the other 121-B This one is a much earlier production model. Unfortunately when I saw it on GB it had been drilled and tapped for a scope but it went cheap. It has kind of a neat old mounts that had a cheap Tasco 3/4" scope on it but the mounts were cool. I found a nice clear Sears...

Re: Remington model 121B

Looking through the old posts again and came across this 121-B post. I have two 121-Bs one a later production 121-B I bought at Amoskeag Auction Co 10 or 15 years ago. It was covered in old dried up oil and dust (the perfect protector) of old firearms !! It is a very pretty old 121 with really nice ...

Remington model 14-R Carbine with C-grade wood

Here is a nice little model 14 carbine in 32 rem. According to barrel codes made in May of 1923 and it returned to factory in Nov of 1928. I have no idea why it went back to the factory. The guns stock is serialized to receiver # 88281 and the lower trigger assembly. However the metal butt plate has...

Re: Engraved Model 14, ca. 1918

Rimfirerifle John Taylor here 54bullseye on the forum. I have what I believe is a 14 E-grade from 1913. It has like yours a deer on one side and a bear on the other. It also has the silver oval on bottom of stock which I believe is a E-grade feature. The gold inlay is used on the F-grades. Mine has ...

Re: Early Remington model 14-D grade

Hey Hibby83 glad to see you joined the forum !! I have only had the D grade a few months. I bought it from an auction. Like I said not high condition but fairly scarce to see early 14s with engraving. John Taylor
