Hi Jim I recently received a M141 made in 1946 that belonged to my older brother
It hasn’t been shot since 80’s
No problems were ever mentioned bye my Dad who gave it to my brother in 1970
He really never used it
I just got it and experienced a slam fire
I took it apart and cleaned it good
