Re: different threads

I have several no1 receivers. The one which is different has a barrel in Spanish bottle neck. Its threads are much finer. I also have a #5, with a larger shank diameter. I also have a Numerick barrel which has fine threads and does not screw into any of my receivers.

different threads

I have several receivers with different threads. I was unaware they used different threads besides the 12 flat type. Can anyone school me on these?

RB info

Who is the leading guru on rolling blocks? I have several and I am thoroughly confused as to barrel threads and chamberings. Thanks. Carl-drgbike

RB 1 Sporting rifle made around 2000.

Just acquired this rifle. Totally unaware of their existence. Its a pistol gripped 50-110 half round. Serial number RB 0421 Can anyone fill me in? It says Remington above the model number. Appears its from 1997 or 2000. Cant find any other info?
