A LOT!

The .32 Remington is a rifle cartridge, similar in ballistics (and basic shape) to the 32 Winchester Special. The Winchester has a Rim, where the Remington does not. It was made for the pump (model 14 and 141) and semi auto model 8 and 81.

The 32-20 is a pistol cartridge, AKA the 32 WCF. It was somewhat popular in the Colt Single Action Army, and other pistols of the time. It was also used in medium frame double action revolvers by S&W and Colt.

Did it occur to you to try using Google? The difference is about like New York and Texas.
