Old guy from the midwest. (Not very savvy using my computer). My hunting days are over but would like to join the Forum to talk about guns and stuff. I have a number of Remington Rifles I have hunted with or shot over the years, including a custom varmint rifle in .222 Mag. tuned by PO Ackley.

I have a Model 700 in 7x57mm, made in 1982 I think, that I would like to determine if it is a Mountain Rifle or the first Commemorative Limited Edition.
