Uberti RB pistol frame & barrel

I am buying a stripped Uberti frame and barrel. My hopes are to complete the gun, with my gunsmith's help of course.
Any recommendations on parts? Where to buy, what to avoid, etc.

vtigunparts.com (run by Maria Uberti's former office manager) is the best US source of Uberti parts. However, timing a revolver is a tricky thing. You might be better advised to pick up a new Uberti or, if cost is the problem, a used one. There are usually used Uberti Remingtons on gunbroker.com, gunsamerica.com or auctionarms.com. Better yet, save your money and wait for the announced (but so far not produced) REMINGTON AUTHORIZED reproductions by U.S. Firearms in Hartford. The real deal with real Remington markings, 100% made in the USA.
