Hi, I see the model 14 book is out of print, where can I buy on one? Is a reprint in the offing?

Yes, Ken was working on a re-print but it is a very slow tedious job and not likely to happen anytime soon. I have seen them twice on Ebay in the last months for $30 & $54.
