I.D. and value of Remington?

Hi. I have a Remington Arms Co side-by-side, double barrel shotgun. It has the Remington Arms Co. stamp on either side. There is an "H" stamped on left side of barrel. The patent # is Oct 30th 94 (2x) and above that, 8590. The right side has 365085. The triggerplate has a duck or goose flying over a lake engraved and the beginning of the barrels has a band of leaves engraved. The whole gun is polished steel.

Hi.What the number on the trigger guard tang?
How do you remove the forend, pull down or push button release?
Any engraving on the side of the receiver or around the top lever?
