Anybody out there seen an early derringer with an unnumbered frame?

Nope. I've got nine of these from all periods and they all have a grip frame number at the bottom or top of the left side. Hammer knurling and hinge area looks 1867 or 8 and frame is engraved in usual style. Barrels are side ribbed marked with extractor but don't seem to match frame (no engraving)although corrosion is about the same.
