E. Remington & Sons Double
E. Remington & Sons made a variety of hammer double barrel shotguns from 1873 until they went bankrupt around 1888. That serial number is most likely a Model 1882, but we need some more information. Does your gun open by lifting up on the toplever or by pushing it to the side? Does the forearm remove by a key that slides out to the side or does it have a Deeley & Edge lever to removed the forearm?
