Rem 11 Sportsman with Hastings bbl & chokes

Some sellers( Midland, Brownells, etc) rate Hastings choke tubes O.K for steel shot and some say "Not for steel shot"--Does anyone have an opinion on this? Thanks

Wonder what "T & F" steel shot is?

It's just a guess, but probably Trap & field ?

T size shot is 0.20 diameter.

Size F Shot is 0.22 diameter.

Large shot has to be used to retain pellet energy at longer ranges with the lighter (Steel) material.
