Remington 721 bolt question

I am wondering if anyone would have knowledge of why the bolt handle on my 721's jump slightly from the down position when the rifles are fired. Some bolts jump more than others. Is this inherent to this model? Someone told me that accuracy is lost if the rifle doe this. If anyone can comment, I would appreciate it. Gayle
