Info needed on model 31-t

I have a model 31-t serial number of 8535 on recipe as well as the barrel. It has a marking of (wb olo) that is a zero line źero on the left side. Mod and a sideways x on bottom I know is modified choke. On the right side of barrel it has rep with a circle around it and a anchor under that. Hope this helps and apologize for my crude discriptions. And lson has the grip cap and a26 in barrel.
