Model 1100 Nickel, Chrome? Info Please

I just bought an 1100 from a friend of mine. The receiver is polished something, either chrome or nickel? I'm going to post some pictures and see if anybody has some information. There are no numbers on the left side of the barrel, it measures 20.5". The wood seems to be high grade with a nice hi-gloss finish. It has sling attachments as well. On the receiver is the number N962771V". Any information will be greatly appreciated.
