SO I WAS at a gun show picked up a remington 11-87 PREMIER 20 gauge enhanced engraving gold trigger in the box new, i called remington got a date of sep 2001, its a high gloss dark walnut vent rib with all 3 chokes book and cards still sealed , my ? is how many of these did remington run out like this and is it true they quit making this enhanced engraving

The "enhanced" laser engraving stopped in 2002. It was not too popular. I doubt even Remington can tell you how many were manufactured.
